What are your delivery areas in the UAE and Gulf countries?
We deliver throughout all seven emirates (including remote/desert sites) and major cities in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan. For more remote Gulf locations, please contact us for a custom logistics plan.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within the UAE is 24–48 hours. Deliveries to other GCC countries typically take 2–5 business days, depending on customs clearance and distance.
What are your delivery charges?
a flat fee applies based on equipment size and destination (starting from AED 350). For GCC deliveries, charges are calculated per shipment—our quote will include all logistics fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (AED, SAR, USD), major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and secure online payment gateways. For rental agreements, a refundable security deposit is required, payable by bank transfer.
